1. Legal Compliance

All services provided by Course Logistics LLC comply with:

• Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations
• 49 CFR Parts 300-399 (Transportation Regulations)
• Pennsylvania Commercial Vehicle Safety Laws
• Interstate Commerce Commission requirements

2. Service Agreement

By engaging our dispatch services (MC-82268), you agree to:

• Maintain active DOT number and MC authority
• Update BOC-3 filings as required
• Comply with ELD mandate (49 CFR 395.8)

3. Payment & Fees

Structured per 49 U.S.C. 13702:

• Dispatch fees: % of gross load revenue
• Invoices payable within 7 business days
• Late payments subject to % monthly interest

4. Liability Limitations

Per 49 U.S.C. 14706:

• Not liable for broker/carrier payment disputes
• Maximum liability limited to service fees paid
• Excludes consequential damages per UCC § 2-719

5. Dispute Resolution

Governed by Pennsylvania law (13 Pa.C.S.):

• Mandatory arbitration through AAA Commercial Rules
• Venue: Philadelphia County, PA
• Class action waiver per FAA § 2

6. Termination

Per 49 CFR 376.12:

• 30-day written notice required
• Immediate termination for safety violations
• Survival of payment obligations post-termination

7. Data Protection

Compliant with:

• Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (financial data)
• 49 CFR Part 243 (safety records)
• PA Breach of Personal Information Act
